Colour: Deep dark red/inky

Nose: Spirity on the nose, black ripe fruit notes.

Palate: Richly raisiny with charcoal flavours. Earthy with good notes of minerality. Dense with soft touch of white pepper. Black fruit flavours, plums, black cherries.

Tannins: Concentrated, powerful with medium + tannins. Good balanced acidity, bitter dark.

Colour: Deep purple red

Nose: Packed with red fruit, spicy, meaty and with smoky   notes, concentrated, plummy, with freshly ground coffee and bitter chocolate notes. Aromatic with good texture and toasty character.

Palate: Rich and full, concentrated, with beautifully structured complexity, fruity with flavours of sour cherries, stewed prunes, spicy with notes of white pepper and smoky bacon. Already silky smooth with good depth and density. Long and lingering aftertaste. Firm with “some” boldness.

Tannins: medium + and with high acidity…, which no doubt, with time, all will get well integrated.
