• Low Mood and Anxiety as well as broader difficulties with
general emotional functioning
• Issues with drug and alcohol use or dependence
• Concerns about obsessive-compulsive behaviours
or other anxietyrelated problems such as panic,
phobias or social anxiety.

Holistic interventions

MOAI provide a range of interventions to help people better cope at home and in the work environment:

• Talking therapies including CBT and counselling
• Occupational therapy assessments
• Medication and medication reviews where necessary.
