The Classic Reserve is pale gold in colour with delicate and fine long-lasting bubbles. The beautifully complex bouquet combines aromas of green apples with creamy nougat, freshly baked brioche and delicate toasted notes from ageing in bottle.

A very delicate pale pink colour. Bright red fruit, strawberries and raspberries with a note of pomegranate on the nose. Pink grapefruit on the palate balanced by a touch of sweet marshmallow. Slight earthy texture, sweet, fresh hay with a creaminess from the oak element.

Pale golden colour with gentle green hues and delicate bubbles, this Blanc de Blancs displays beautifully the pure linear character of the Chardonnay – white stone fruit, citrus fruit and a delicious honeyed character on the nose.
